Paco Garcia Moro graduated as an architect at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM). Francisco has lectured at the universities of Chulalongkorn, Thammasat and Stamford in Bangkok, where he lives since 2014. He is currently adscribed to the National Research Council of Thailand and writing his doctoral dissertation at UPM.
