Federico Colella Studio
Federico Colella Castro. Graduated from the “RomaTre” University of Rome and registered in the same city. He obtained his doctorate "cum laude" in advanced architectural projects at ETSAM-UPM, in 2020.
He has been an assistant professor at the Universidad de Roma-Tre in Rome, and is currently a tenured professor of architectural projects at the Universidad Anáhuac in Mexico City and at the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM).
Since 2003 he has collaborated with international architecture studios in Italy, Spain and Mexico carrying out projects at different scales. As an independent professional studio, it has developed projects and competitions, obtaining different awards, such as first place in the “Europán 12” contest, with the "Paths" project in Hammarö, Sweden and building buildings such as the Xoxocotla Community Center in Morelos, Mexico, project carried out for the PADF, the Panamerican Development Foundation, in collaboration with the Italian Embassy of Mexico.
