EME 157 is an architectural studio founded in Madrid by architects Silvia Méndez-Vigo Chillida and Gerardo Macarrón Jaqueti in 2002.
The studio's architecture is characterized by the interplay of solids and voids, the search for natural light and sustainability based on an understanding of the location and the client's needs.
The studio works on new construction, renovation, exterior, landscaping and furniture design projects. Through constant contact with the client, each project seeks to provide a fully personalized response adapted to the location and the user.
