DPYA Arquitectura
DPYA Arquitectura, founded by Fernando Pumar López in 1987, has a rich and long history. Today, it is a company committed to the search for individual talent and team building, with a self-critical and resilient capacity in the face of the new challenges posed by society. Therefore, they always take the initiative with the enthusiasm and creativity necessary to look to the future with a proactive attitude.
Based in Seville, this office develops its projects nationwide and covers all fields of architecture and urban planning, from urban planning to the most domestic scale, passing through large residential and tertiary complexes. Notable in the last decade, the construction of more than 2,000 homes and the development of more than 100,000 m² of offices.
The vision of this studio is to design and build timeless, efficient and innovative buildings that reflect and inspire the communities that inhabit them.
True to its principles of excellence and identity, DPYA wants to continue to evolve in its projects, generating new possibilities that add value in each of the phases of the construction process, to consolidate itself as a benchmark for the future.
With this philosophy of continuous improvement, they have recently reinforced the team with the integration of the Jiménez y Linares architecture studio, generating synergies that provide dynamism and innovation in processes, while expanding the services they provide to their clients.
DPYA Arquitectura approaches the project from the urban scale, enriching it from the universe of detail, where it takes value, taking into account its conditions of use, durability and sustainability, to create balanced compositional sets with great formal coherence.
A way of working adapted to new technologies, using innovative construction systems and prefabricated elements, which result in an efficient and sustainable construction process.
Its objective is to find the most intelligent and rational solution, combining the virtues of serial manufacturing, with an artisanal and tailor-made design, for each project and for each place.
DPYA Arquitectura works the projects entirely in BIM environments, controlling the model in real time during the design phase and its subsequent execution, facilitating its maintenance, traceability and future sustainability for the client.
