Iñaki del Prim (San Sebastián, 1980) graduated as an architect from the E.T.S.A. of San Sebastián in June 2005. Together with Sheila Blanco he runs the studio blancodelprim arquitectos, building Ecopassive Architecture in wood since 2005.
Since 2010 he has focused his continuing education on bioclimatic and sustainable architecture, as well as energy efficiency in building and its certification, culminating this process in 2016 with the Certified Passivhaus Designer qualification and in 2018 with the Certified Passivhaus Tradesperson qualification. In 2019 he obtained the master's degree in Structures, Design, and Construction in wood from the UPV-EHU.
He has written and published articles and works in various publications, participating with his projects in various group exhibitions. Member of the Culture Commission of the COA Aragón between 2005 and 2010.
Delegate for the Basque Country and Navarre of the Passivhaus-PEP Building Platform in the period 2017-2020, a non-profit association that promotes passive buildings in Spain through its delegations, and member of the International Passive House Association and EuroPHit.
Professor since 2019 of the Master's in Structures, Design, and Construction in wood of the UPV-EHU taught at the School of Architecture of San Sebastián.
