Cuartopiso is an urban development office founded in 2018, which is committed to an open and compact city model. Under this premise, each space has a central location, inserted in a rich and diverse social network, where short distances invite you to leave the car and use your feet, and where heritage finds a safe haven to grow over time. In its five-year history, Cuartopiso has developed two projects –one residential and one mixed– in the central area of Querétaro, and has collaborated on teaching and urban planning projects with the C+Lab of the Technologize of Monterrey.
