Campos de Michelena
Pascuala Campos de Michelena. Spanish architect Pascuala Campos de Michelena was born in 1938, in Sabiote, Jaén, but with a professional life linked to the city of Pontevedra. She was a professor in the Department of Architectural Projects at the Higher Technical School of Architecture of A Coruña and obtained her professorship in 1995 with the work on "Space and Gender," becoming the first female professor in the Spanish Schools of Architecture.
Among his most notable works are the Marín parish priest's house (1968), the Pais de Sanxenxo house, the public schools of Salcedo and Campañó (1971), the housing complex for the gypsy community in Campañó (1971–73), in collaboration with César Portela and the performance in Combarro.
In 2023, she received the COAG award from the Colexio de Arquitectos de Galicia for her professional career.
