Based in Shenzhen, a major design hub in China, BloomDesign is co-founded by Li Baolong and Chen Xiaohu, who serve as Creative Director and Brand Director respectively.

The spaces it created for well-known tea brands including HEYTEA, YO!TEA, TAETEA, XIMING, TEA PERCENT, etc. have gained wide recognition and a great influence on social media.
