Begoña Zubero. (Bilbao, 1962) is a photographer. Formed between Madrid (UCM) and New York (School of Visual Arts), understands the image as a method of approach, interpretation and analysis of recent historical past. Believe in photography as a tool for reflection and memory. Her work has won major awards, including the International Prize for Contemporary Photography Pilar Citoler, Gure Artea the Basque Government Award or Scholarship Fine Arts Marcelino Botin Foundation.
