L3P Architekten AG is a study which has 12 workers, including two interns. Due to the success of cooperative work groups in early 2011 Frank Schäfer, architect, comes as a new partner in managing the study.

In 1999, Markus Müller and Martin Reusser, architects, enter as partners in management, creating Lüthi + Partner AG study.
In early 2008, Martin and Markus Müller Reusser assume the operational management of the firm. They are also accompanied by Boris Egli, architect, a new partner with management experience.
In 2009 he finally speaks to convert Lüthi + Partner AG in L3P Architekten AG.
