Jung

Soik Jung is an architect and urban designer. She carried out projects such as Urban Mediation in 2008 and research, exhibitions, educational programs and publications. Appointed as the Director of Administration and Associate Curator of the Anyang Public Art Project 2010, Associate Curator of the Gwangju Design Biennale 2011, General Secretary of the Seoul Architecture and Urbanism Biennale 2017; Curator of "Hanoi in the Future" governance project (2008-2009), "Life A User's Manaul" exhibition (2012) at Seoul Cultural Station 284, "Architecture for All" exhibition (2020) at Seoul Museum of Art Seoul NamSeoul, “Smaller, Slower, Closer” public art project (2020-2021).

Since 2018, her interest has expanded to social work, trying to cooperate architecture, urbanism, public art with community practice. She programmed and published the Artistic Education Program on Disability "Come out, Express, By Yourself" (2019); she carried out a research project "Saeddeul Village Welfare Community Construction Manual" (2021); thesis "For all who want to 'talk': a diachronic study of AAC user perception trend and changes in demand" (2020), "A case study on the performance and perception of the exploited of urban regeneration centers" as a macro practice of social work ”(2022).
