WATERLINE was commissioned by Phil Enquist (Skidmore, Owings & Merrill) in conjunction with the eponymous studio at the Harvard GSD (gsd.harvard.edu/) for Fall 2011. Students explored the realities of three sites along the South branch of the river, rethinking ways to make it more relevant to the public.
