David Despau. He started studies in Architecture but finally he graduated in Fine Arts in the specialty of Design . Since then he has been working in the world of design and advertisement where he has been, apart from illustrator, art director and creative director in several agencies of digital advertisement in Spain. He has worked for magazines as Time, New Yorker, ESPN magazine, Car and Driver, Harpers Bazar, Sports Illustrated, Procycling and for clients as Porche, Kinder, Burton, DC comics, Warner Bros, Coty France...

He has been recently choosen for the renowned publication "100 Illustrators" in Taschen as one of the more international influential illustrators of the last decade, his work has been also published in books as: Illustration Now in Taschen where he designed the cover of the number 3 of this serie, The New Age of Feminine Drawing in Allrightreserved, Illusive 3 in Gestalten, 200 Best illustrattors in Luezers archive, Portraits in Taschen...
